SAYA Children Home, established in 2005, is a registered Child Care Institution under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. We provide residential care facilities for children in need of care and protection, including orphaned, abandoned, surrendered, and vulnerable children in the Dhubri district of Assam.
Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and homely environment where children can grow, learn, and develop into responsible citizens. We believe every child deserves love, care, protection, education, and opportunities to realize their full potential.

At SAYA Children Home, we provide comprehensive care and support services to ensure the holistic development of every child in our care:
Clean, secure, and comfortable living accommodations with separate dormitories for boys and girls.
Balanced, nutritious meals prepared following dietary guidelines for growing children.
School admission, tuition support, educational materials, and career guidance.
Regular health check-ups, immunization, and access to medical facilities when needed.
Psychological support and counseling to help children overcome trauma and emotional challenges.
Sports, cultural activities, and skill development programs for overall personality development.
Children are admitted to SAYA Children Home through the following process:
Identification of children in need of care and protection through CHILDLINE 1098, police, or social welfare department.
The child is produced before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) for necessary orders.
Completion of necessary documentation and medical examination.
Formal admission to SAYA Children Home based on CWC orders.
Development of an Individual Care Plan (ICP) for each child focusing on their specific needs.
