Our Vision

To create a society without injustice, mal-adjustment of resources, discrimination and untouchability of any kind. To empower the society by providing various awareness, skill, rehabilitation etc for upgrading and self-empowering.

Our Mission

To convert stumbling blocks into stepping stones on a pathway of "change" that will have multiple impacts on the economically under privileged, and lead to a "better life" for themselves and their future generation.

Our Goal

We provide various vocational training to unemployment youth for income generating. We provide care and support along with fooding, lodging, nutrition and medical facility to older persons, destitute women and children.

Area of Operation

Our organization operates primarily in the border areas of Assam covering the Dhubri district. The Dhubri district is situated at the North bank of the river Brahmaputra, with Kokrajhar district to the North and Goalpara to the east.

There are 14 Development Blocks in the district and nearly 1300 revenue villages under the district. Our organization is located in the G.T.B Road, W/No.9 of Dhubri Town, which is situated in the border place of Assam.

The border area of two states is very interior from all sides and the people of these areas are deprived from Govt. sponsored development activities, Voluntary efforts of Non-Govt. organization etc. In this area, The FBC is the only Voluntary organization for rendering continuous service for the poverty needy, children, women and older persons.

Our target area covers the entire State of Assam and Meghalaya. These areas are located in the North corner of India and are backward and remote from all sides i.e. economically, socially, culturally etc. The communication system to these places from other states of India is very poor and so the marketing linkages also are not convenient.
