About Swadhar Greh

Swadhar Greh is a comprehensive rehabilitation scheme implemented by Fulkumari Bapuji Club to provide shelter, food, clothing, and care to women in difficult circumstances. The scheme focuses on providing both short-term and long-term residential accommodation to women who are rendered homeless due to various reasons.

Our Swadhar Greh facility in Dhubri provides a safe and secure environment where women can rebuild their lives with dignity and self-reliance. We offer psychological support, legal aid, counseling, and vocational training to help these women become economically independent.

Rehana's Journey to Independence

Domestic violence survivor | Now a successful tailor

After escaping an abusive marriage, Rehana found refuge at Swadhar Greh. Through our vocational training program, she learned tailoring skills and now runs her own small business, supporting herself and her two children.

Trafficking survivor | Now a community advocate

Rescued from a trafficking situation, Meena received counseling and legal support at Swadhar Greh. She now works as a community educator, helping other women recognize and avoid trafficking situations.
